- Manage CDC’s insurance portfolio, ensuring coverage aligns with business needs and obligations
- Coordinate insurance for construction projects, supporting contract negotiations and pricing discussions
- Oversee annual property valuations and ensure compliance with levy and audit requirements
- Review and refine insurance policies, balancing risk, operations, and contractual commitments
- Liaise directly with CDC’s external insurance broker as the SME, providing guidance and negotiating coverage
- Monitor insurance spend and performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and risk reduction
- Lead the end-to-end claims process, ensuring timely reporting, documentation, and resolution
- Provide insurance advice and documentation to support tenders, contracts, and regulatory needs

- Manages timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations with ease
- Communicates clearly and professionally—both in writing and in person
- Takes initiative to identify gaps, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure compliance
- Works independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
- Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
