Troocoo Government are currently seeking two AO3 Administered Revenue Officers to join a dynamic finance team on a contract basis until 31 October 2025, with the potential for extension. This will be working with a key QLD State Government client based in Brisbane's CBD. Paying $50.37 per hour + super.The Role
The AO3 Administered Revenue Officers will apply their reconciliation and financial administration skills in a busy and rewarding environment, while working across multiple systems and supporting accurate financial record-keeping.Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity.
Apply knowledge of General Ledger accounting processes.
Reconcile accounts and process large volumes of transactions with accuracy.
Navigate and utilise multiple financial and client management systems.
Prepare, update, and maintain spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and functions).
Contribute effectively within a team environment, while also working independently when required.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to process high volumes of work with accuracy and efficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (preferred).
Strong computer literacy, with confidence across:

Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
SAP systems (desirable, not essential)
A proactive and collaborative approach to work.

Contract start date will be subject to a clear criminal history check, successful interview, and system access set-up.
