- Lead and support the People Administration Officer
- Manage end-to-end employee administration lifecycle processes
- Ensure accurate and timely HR transactions and payroll communications
- Maintain compliant and up-to-date employee records
- Oversee onboarding compliance checks and documentation
- Support internal and external audits
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- 2+ years' experience in a similar HR administration role
- Strong understanding of employment law and NES
- Proven experience managing employee lifecycle processes
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline
- Experience with payroll systems and process mapping
- Has high integrity and a strong sense of confidentiality
