What You'll Be Doing (Besides Looking Awesome in PPE):

Monitoring and reporting on asset condition (you'll be the Sherlock Holmes of steel).
Supporting the Asset Improvement Coordinators with daily tasks.
Scoping and planning maintenance, shutdowns, and breakdowns.
Creating work orders in SAP (yes, we know it's a love-hate relationship).
Participating in RCA (Root Cause Analysis, not the record label).
Getting hands-on with multi-discipline teams-because teamwork makes the dream work.

What You'll Bring to the Table (Besides Your Toolbox):

Mechanical Trade Qualification (bonus points if you've got a Diploma of Engineering or are keen to get one).
Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
A proactive attitude and pride in your work.
Experience in similar roles or ready to take the next step.
NSW Driver's Licence, and computer literacy.
A passion for improvement and a knack for communication.
