- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (P&L, B/S, sales, inventory, ops).
- Manage inventory valuation and reconciliations.
- Perform standard costing and variance analysis.
- Monitor production costs and drive efficiency improvements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
- Provide insights to guide strategic and operational decisions.
- Track CAPEX and product development; maintain registers.
- Prepare BAS, FBT, payroll tax, ABS, and other returns.
- Contribute to ERP improvements across finance and manufacturing.
- Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
- Assist with AP/AR, audits, and tax compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years’ of experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- CPA or CA qualified (or currently studying).
- Strong understanding of management accounting, cost accounting, variance analysis, manufacturing processes, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in complex ERP systems and Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to interpret and analyse large volumes of financial and non-financial data.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
