You'll be part of a supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drive outcomes.What role will you play?You will be the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Division Head, and partner with the US based EA supporting the Division Head as requiured. You will be responsible for general administrative tasks such as diary/inbox management, arranging meetings, preparation of meeting papers, processing procurement and expense invoices, organising travel arrangements and leadership meetings / on-sites.You will also assist the wider division on any ad-hoc requests such as ordering technology, setting up new starters, and organising events.What you offer
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role (banking and finance industry preferred)
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, with an ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and outstanding attention to detail
  • Outstanding stakeholder management s with the ability to liaise, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at a senior and executive level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
