This is not your typical FP&A role. You will play a pivotal part in establishing and leading the FP&A function across the region, taking ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, while partnering closely with corporate functions to drive informed business decisions.Key Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance the FP&A framework for the region.
- Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis.
- Develop financial models to support strategic decisions.
- Create impactful reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
- Partner with finance teams across multiple markets to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Provide commercial insights and recommendations that go beyond the numbers.
- CPA/CA qualified (or close to completion) preferred.
- Background in FMCG, consumer goods, or product-based industries is advantageous.
- 3-4 years of experience in a previous FP&A role.
- Advanced Excel modelling skills with exposure to TM1 or Power BI.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
- High visibility with direct access to senior leaders.
