
National Business Manager - Everyday Cheese Woolworths

- Develop and execute joint business plans with Woolworths to drive category performance.
- Expand Saputo’s dairy cheese range into new categories and segments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage Private Label opportunities and support plant-based product expansion.
- Interpret market data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Own and manage accurate forecasting across Saputo Proprietary and Private Label portfolios.
- Deliver on sales, distribution, profitability, and market share targets.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with Woolworths Category Managers.
- Be the supplier of choice for new opportunities and solutions.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable insights.
- Full P&L responsibility for the portfolio.
- Manage trade spend and support budget development and financial projections.
- Lead customer-specific NPD and product changes.
- Support Private Label tender projects and manage account administration.
- Tertiary qualification in Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, with a proven track record in NBM/NAM roles.
- Experience within the grocery retail network at a national level is essential.
- GAP or equivalent negotiation training highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with scan data tools (Quantium, Synergy/Circana) desirable.
- Project management and product development experience is a plus.
