Salary: $140K - $180K

CompanyFounded just shy of 15 years ago, this company is a well-established Tier 3 Government and Institutional builder that deliver projects across the Education, Aged Care, Community, Sporting and Health sectors up to $25M.Directors and Senior Management take a hands off approach within this business and give their staff full autonomy within their role and the ability to grow and progress with their careers.RoleThe relevant role is an Estimator position which involves working in a team of three full time based in head office from an Eastern suburbs location.Responsibilities for the role include:

Collect and review drawings to prepare tenders
Assist and develop quantity take-offs and cost estimates
Attend tender meetings
Liaise with key stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
Monitor project costs and budgets

Requirements

4+ years of Estimator experience for a Tier 1-3 Headcontractor
Government/Institutional project experience desired
Ability to work autonomously and independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient with Cubit and MS packages softwares
