They work on projects of significance across residential, industrial, health, education and renewable energy sectors, partnering with clients to deliver outcomes that strengthen communities.The RoleAs a Town Planner, you’ll work closely with senior team members, clients, and other professionals to deliver quality planning outcomes. You’ll be trusted to:

Prepare and manage planning applications for projects of varying scale
Liaise and negotiate with local councils and authorities
Draft planning reports, amendments, proposals, and strategic advice
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical results
Champion continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across offices

This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their planning career within a supportive, collaborative environment.About YouYou’ll be a qualified planner with circa 5 years’ experience in either local or regional markets. You’ll be known for being dependable, responsive, and results-driven, with a strong foundation in both statutory and strategic planning.Key strengths will include:

Strong technical planning skills across diverse projects within Victoria
Excellent negotiation and mediation abilities
Interest in stakeholder management and business development
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for multidisciplinary work
