Join the Maintenance and Reliability team at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Carole Park.We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor, preferably with an electrical trade qualification, to lead a team of tradespeople in performing maintenance on plant and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency, reliability, and safety of the site. The role plays a critical part in maintaining plant performance and supporting a safe and efficient working environment.Responsibilities:Develop and oversee the execution of the Preventative Maintenance Programme, ensuring reliability and compliance.Ensure that all work is performed safely, competently, and in line with relevant standards and regulations.Provide technical leadership to the maintenance team, setting expectations , ensuring accountability and maximising plant efficiency.Collaborate with production and quality teams to deliver efficient service and minimise downtime.Maintain accurate, compliant GMP documentation and equipment records in alignment with SOPs.Drive plant improvements by managing equipment modifications that enhance safety, efficiency, and performance.Take a lead role in identifying and resolving hazards; develop engineering-based safety solutions.Promote a strong safety culture, track key safety KPIs, and support site-wide initiatives.Role details:Weekly Rotating ShiftsAirconditioned workshopClean and safe working environment$10 million in recent upgrades to our manufacturing facilityYou will possess the following:A trade qualificationPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment (minimum 4 years)Previous experience leading a teamElectrical licence (preferred)Forklift licence (preferred)$2,000 new starter stay bonus to successful candidates!
