We are seeking to identify quality, ambitious Warehouse Operators to join this emerging team. Handling aspects of the warehouse process, including receiving, stock allocation, stock picking, dispatch coordination, and guiding a small team. Working with a range of SKUs, attention to detail, and precision will be critical attributes for the successful candidate. Experience working with reach forklifts will is preferred.DUTIES
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean, compliant warehouse conditions
- Pick pallets and split orders accurately using AMR systems
- Handle precise dispatch, labelling, and AMR-assisted order processing
- Receive, record, and allocate stock efficiently using WMS
- Manage inventory through regular cycle counts and proactive stock control
- Strong with numbers, product codes, and attention to detail in the documentation
- Skilled in WMS, RF scanning, and electronic warehousing systems
- Experienced with Tugger operation and holds (or is eligible for) LF forklift licence
- Energetic, proactive, and committed to getting the job done
- A reliable team player who works well with diverse teams
