They’re driving a high-profile initiative aimed at uplifting the day-to-day digital tools and workflows for staff working in remote locations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and improved user experience.About the Role As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll work independently to gather requirements, map processes, and design improvements for field worker systems and workflows. You’ll liaise with stakeholders across the business – from blue-collar operational teams to C-suite executives – ensuring solutions are practical, impactful, and user-centred. This role will require someone who thrives in fluid, fast-paced environments with limited structure and can adapt to changing priorities with ease.What to Expect
Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement for multiple uplift initiatives
Work with systems such as InEight (compliance management, digital forms, and permissions) and Camms
Engage with diverse stakeholders to understand pain points and deliver targeted improvements
Align communication style to suit audiences ranging from field teams to executives
Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and other project stakeholders to deliver measurable benefits quickly
Key Requirements
5+ years’ experience as a BA, with strong skills in working autonomously
Background in infrastructure or utilities (water, gas, electricity, NBN) preferred
Proven ability to engage with challenging or varied stakeholders
Experience working in ambiguous, unstructured environments with fast turnaround times
Strong knowledge of BA craft – requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
