- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to provide personalised recommendations to strengthen the growth of their businesses
- Provide clients with livestock sales and marketing expertise
- Cultivating new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders presence
- Driving the marketing and promotion of all Elders products
- Prioritising the safety of your staff and clients, and actively contributing to Elders’ zero-harm culture
- Coaching and mentoring staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities
- Have a proven track record in sales management with an understanding of agricultural services
- Have a strong knowledge on livestock and agency operations.
- Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and agile working environment
- Are resourceful, forward thinking and passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community
- Understand that people are our most important asset
- Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients
- Although a tertiary qualification is not essential, sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen is required
- This role could be suited for an existing Branch Manager, Merchandise Sales Manager or Territory Sales Manager.
