Leadership of a team of people including training, conducting performance reviews, scheduling shifts, managing leave and attendance.
Ensuring your section of the warehouse runs smoothly to keep stock in our stores for our customers.
Helping to develop the next generation of leaders in our warehouse by training and coaching team members to be their best.
Maximising resources efficiency to achieve business goals while controlling costs and minimising losses.
Delegating tasks efficiently, capitalising on the skills, roles, and interests of your team members to achieve results.
Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safety, and cleanliness to create an environment that celebrates and nutures excellence.

Experience in the trades industry or trade qualification
Forklift licence
An experienced, inspiring leader who develops and motivates a team to deliver their best every day.
