Lead and support large AP team through BAU and project phases
Oversee AP operations, payments, reconciliations, and expense management
Ensure compliance with NDIS and home care standards
Support ERP and OCR system implementation (PeopleSoft + industry-specific software)

Collaborate with project leads to streamline and automate AP processesAbout You:

Strong end-to-end AP experience, ideally in NFP or service-based industries
Proven team leadership and management skills

Experience with NDIS (highly desirable) * Hands-on with system implementations and process improvements

Quick learner, adaptable, and collaborative
