An established and award-winning residential builder in Perth is seeking a full-time Sketch Designer to join their growing team.This role will see you working closely with the sales department to produce high-quality sketch designs for new homes across the metro area.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve design and construction challenges
Provide design input and guidance to senior consultants
Create ArchiCAD sketches based on design consultant briefs
Contribute to the design of premium display homes
What You’ll Need:
Certificate IV in Residential Drafting or Diploma of Building Design & Technology
At least 3 years’ residential drafting experience with a Perth project builder using ArchiCAD
Strong understanding of construction processes, R-Codes, and NCC requirements
Creative eye with attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines under pressure
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
