You will carry a designated caseload, applying evidence-informed practice to support patients and families, while developing your expertise across a range of clinical areas.You will gain valuable experience working within service systems such as Family Violence, Child Protection, My Aged Care, the Transition Care Program and the NDIS, ensuring patients receive high-quality, evidence-based support. Alongside clinical work, you will contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives and maintain accountability to the standards of the AASW, including credentialing, supervision, code of ethics and practice guidelines.About UsAt Monash Health, we provide safe, high-quality healthcare to people at every stage of life.   • Strong psychosocial assessment and intervention skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Social Work, Master of Social Work Qualifying, or Master of Social Work (or equivalent, assessed by AASW).
  • Eligibility for AASW membership (mandatory for overseas-trained applicants).
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence.
