Job Description :This is a remote position.ABOUT OUR CLIENT:Our client has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable, meticulous construction and maintenance services across New South Wales. The company brings broad experience and technical expertise across multiple industries.POSITION SUMMARY:We are seeking an estimator to support our team with the preparation and management of tenders across multiple projects. This role will primarily focus on managing the subcontractor process through Estimate One, ensuring packages are set up, distributed, and tracked efficiently.The estimator will work closely with our three Senior Estimators, providing coordination and support high-volume tender periods (on average 5 tenders per week, scaling to 8). This role differs slightly from existing team members in that it is focused on subcontractor management, addendum control, and quote collation, rather than pure estimating.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Set up and issue subcontractor packages using Estimate One.Manage addendums and updates to tender documentation.Track and manage subcontractor quote returns.Collate subcontractor quotes for review by Senior Estimators.Support the estimating team with tender preparation and submissions.Secondary: Assist with estimating tasks (advantageous if trained in Cubit).Requirements

Proven experience using EstimateOne (essential).

Strong understanding of subcontractor management and tender processes.

Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tenders simultaneously.

Ability to manage addendums and adapt to changing documentation in high-volume environments.

Desirable: Training or experience with Cubit estimating software.
