This firm value their staff and as a result have long-term committed staff compliment.Work within a flat structure for a small accounting firm with a great reputation and high quality clients, be responsible and accountable for your own client portfolio.Duties will include:

Working with SME business clients
Full process from meeting with the client through to financial statements and tax returns, tax planning and advisory
The role is estimated to have 60% compliance and 40% advisory

Requirements to apply:

Degree plus experience an Australian accounting firm in business services and preferably XERO exposure.
Willingness to work independently and manage a client portfolio
Solid experience at compliance level, training provided in advisory capacity
