  • Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts and subcontracts to ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
  • Work closely with project managers and internal teams to gather information and provide visibility across budgets, claims, variations, and progress payments.
  • Monitor contract milestones and manage variations, extensions of time (EoTs), and other commercial matters.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks within contracts while supporting dispute resolution when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contract documentation, correspondence, and commercial queries.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for contract-related queries, liaising with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely outcomes.
  • Support continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to contract processes, policies, and systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the contracts team as needed, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Contracts Administrator should have:
  • Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role.
  • Ideally, a qualification in Law or Quantity Surveying.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to interpret and draft contract terms and conditions.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
