Skills & experienceTo be successful in this role you will be reliable, hardworking individual who will possess the following skills:

Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Extremely professional telephone & email etiquette
Be flexible and adaptable to a shift working roster which includes weekends and night shifts
Professionally mannered
Exemplary levels of personal and workplace presentation
Previous exposure and understanding of OPERA property management system
A can-do and willing attitude
The ability to work in a strong team-focused environment
The ability to show initiative and workplace initiative
Experience in a similar role or position
The ability to multitask
