
NDIS Support Coordination Team Leader

- Oversee the delivery of NDIS Support Coordination services
- Manage the intake of NDIS referrals and allocate participants to Support Coordinators
- Supervise staff providing both day-to-day guidance and formal monthly supervision
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and meet financial targets
- Assist the General Manager of Operations with NDIS Quality and Safety compliance audits
- Manage a small caseload where required
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of NDIS standards and compliance requirements
- High level of emotional intelligence, empathy and the ability to problem-solve by thinking outside the box
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative team-oriented approach
- Ability to support and guide staff while stepping in to assist when required
- High level of discretion and empathy in managing sensitive information and situations
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Certificate IV, tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience
- Understanding of the impact of brain injury and degenerative neurological conditions
- Experience in auditing processes
