• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide accurate, real-time insights across all business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate complex data into clear, impactful financial metrics.
• Analyse financial performance and key drivers, delivering data-backed recommendations to improve business outcomes.
• Automate financial reporting processes, streamlining workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity by identifying discrepancies, troubleshooting issues, and working with IT on system enhancements.
• Present key financial insights to senior management, including variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Lead and train teams on Power BI and reporting tools, developing user guides and running training sessions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic projects, contributing to financial planning and business growth initiatives.

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CA / CPA qualified
• Experience in a complex and fast pace environment
• Proven experience in financial analysis & reporting
• Advanced Power BI & Excel proficiency
• Strong analytic & problem-solving skills
• Ability to present financial data clearly to stakeholders
• Proactive with strong initiative & accountability
