- Deliver excellent customer service by providing efficient solutions and responses to customer enquiries
- Handle everyday banking enquiries, account openings, and processes via telephone
- Listen actively, build trust, and ask relevant questions to exceed customer expectations and improve outcomes
- Contribute to maintaining a balanced team culture that prioritises people, customers, risk, and performance
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with demonstrated experience in customer service roles
- Proficiency in using computer systems and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Strong verbal communication skills to listen, build rapport, and convey complex information effectively
- High level of resilience, empathy, and adaptability to handle various customer situations
- While previous call centre experience is desired, it is not necessary. Suncorp Bank is willing to provide training for candidates with a passion for providing outstanding customer service
