Join our FP&A team based in our North Sydney office. Reporting to our Revenue Lead, you will play a key role in providing financial and commercial support to the Sales and Product team for our ANZ business. The purpose of the role is to bridge the gap between Finance & Sales and partner closely with our commercial organisations to support them in driving our business’s ongoing growth effortsWhat You'll DoCollaborate closely with Sales & Product leaders to support P&L management.Manage monthly close and forecasting for revenue and related costs.Conduct financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, with a focus on month-end close.Analyze revenue performance and its financial impact.Contribute to monthly financial reporting and analysis.Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the Finance function.What You Need5 + years of experience as a finance analyst or finance business partner, supporting P&L management.Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes, especially regarding forecasting and month-end close.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders, with a focus on challenging and collaborating.Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.Advanced Excel skills.Experience with Oracle, Tableau, or similar financial/reporting systems.Basic understanding of revenue recognition principles.What could set you apartA keen interest in commercial business drivers.Experience with revenue recognition concepts.Ability to adapt to change and learn new systems quickly.What’s in it for you?
