- Business Support Officer - Fleet Administration
- Initial contract to 26 September 2025 (with likely ongoing extension)
- Coordinate a fleet of over 130 vehicles, including leases, fuel, servicing, and maintenance.
- Manage vehicle bookings via the UMS system and assist with vehicle utilisation.
- Prepare documentation for vehicle replacements and monthly reporting.
- Provide general administrative support including stationery orders and records management.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders.
- Handle email correspondence and phone enquiries.
- Maintain and update systems such as Ellipse and Microsoft Office with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience in fleet management, ideally within a government or large-scale environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
