With 10 beautiful boutiques - 8 in Sydney and 2 in the ACT - they're now seeking a commercially-minded, people-first Regional Manager to lead and grow their high-performing network.What will you be doing?
You'll take full ownership of the NSW + ACT region, coaching your leaders, driving operational excellence, and delivering results with a balanced focus on culture and commercial performance. You'll bring structure, rhythm, and leadership to a portfolio that includes key locations in Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs & ACT.You will:
- Lead and support 10 stores across NSW and ACT
- Coach Store Managers to build succession and lift capability
- Drive performance across sales, service, and store standards
- Collaborate with head office on trade, product, and planning
- Identify challenges and implement practical, scalable solutions
- Represent the region with structured reporting and leadership presence
You're confident, polished, and fast-moving, a structured leader who blends commercial acumen with calm, people-first leadership. You bring consistency and momentum to everything you lead and can easily connect with both the shopfloor and head office.You'll bring:
- Experience leading 10+ stores (senior area or regional level) in a premium retail environment
- Strong understanding of commercial retail operations
- The ability to coach, develop and motivate teams at all levels
- Calm, composed leadership style with clear communication skills
- A passion for quality fashion and customer-first thinking
- Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail (ideal but not essential)
