We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Our Opportunity:The Experimentation Lead is responsible for building and scaling a robust experimentation capability across digital channels to support data-informed decision making. This role leads the development, implementation, and optimisation of a structured experimentation framework across platforms, enabling test-and-learn cycles that inform digital product, design, marketing, and content strategies.You will play a critical role in embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the digital experience, working closely with UX, Product, Marketing, and Digital insights teams to design experiments that drive customer and business outcomes.Accountabilities include:
  • Design and operationalise a structured experimentation framework aligned to business and customer goals.
  • Develop experimentation playbooks, guardrails, and governance models to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Translate business objectives into prioritised hypotheses and testable experiments.
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests across websites and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with UX, Product, Marketing and Content teams to design test hypotheses and define success criteria.
  • Integrate experimentation insights with broader Digital Insights, MarTech, and customer datasets.
  • Partner with the Digital Insights team to build self-serve dashboards and reports that communicate test outcomes.
  • Collaborate on MarTech and website roadmap planning to enable experimentation infrastructure.
  • Facilitate collaboration between the SEO Specialist & internal teams such as portfolio manager, marketing, content authors and digital product managers to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices
About You:To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate strong leadership, analytical expertise, and a deep understanding of experimentation principles, digital analytics, and MarTech integration as well as the following capabilities / experience:
  • Deep experience in digital optimisation, experimentation, or digital analytics roles, preferably in enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of designing, executing, and analysing A/B and multivariate tests at scale.
  • Experience working in cross-functional digital teams and influencing senior stakeholders with insights.
  • Experience building experimentation roadmaps and governance models that align with business goals.
  • Exposure to personalisation and customer segmentation strategies preferred.
  • High level of digital literacy including CRO tools (e.g. Optimizely, Adobe Target)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with MarTech and Digital Experience Platforms.
