- Service existing DKSH Agrisolutions (formally SST/SACOA) customers to maintain relationships and grow business revenue and profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to maximize sales and profitability
- Identify and address the short-term business needs of key customers, offering proactive solutions across the demand/supply chain
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain management and effective delivery of products
- Lead annual negotiations to achieve sales objectives and enhance customer satisfaction
- Cultivate relationships with distribution channels, agronomists, researchers, and farmers to drive product adoption
- Oversee trial protocols and provide technical support to customers
- Diploma in Agriculture; Tertiary Degree in Ag Science or Ag Business preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the agricultural sector, with a focus on agronomy, extension, or sales
- Strong network of contacts within the QLD agricultural industry
- Strong sales skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in IT and ability to interpret trial data
