Reporting to the Executive team, you will play an important role in driving performance and overseeing national operations across a range of complex commercial contracts. This role requires someone to lead and manage a portfolio across NSW, QLD, VIC and TAS.Skills and Attributes
- 5+ years’ experience in Account Management or Operations Management within soft FM or commercial cleaning.
- Proven success managing multi-site, large-scale teams and diverse contracts.
- Strong commercial expertise with budgeting, financial reporting, and stakeholder negotiations.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, industrial relations, and team leadership principles.
