- Process and manage supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies
- Prepare and process payment runs, including electronic funds transfers
- Assist with end-of-month processes, including account reconciliations and reporting
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records and support financial audits
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve invoice or payment queries
- Support the wider finance team with general finance administration tasks as required
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Finance
- Experience using Xero or MYOB
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a good understanding of accounting principles
