
Assistant Store Manager | Sydney Central

- Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure day-to-day operations are running smoothly and efficiently
- Ability to review store sales reports and create actions plans with your Store Manager and team
- Hold yourself and each individual accountable for their own results through constant feedback
- Work closely with the Store Manager to create a store roster according to daily traffic, peak periods and optimise the team resources.
- Supports efficient inventory management including stocktakes & cycle counts.
- Support the implementation of visual merchandising standards within store and assist with in-store activations.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to mentor and coach the store team to allow them to grow, celebrating their strengths and building awareness and steps to address their gaps; through honesty, generosity, and true empowerment to give things a go themselves
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience in a retail environment.
- You will have a genuine love and understanding for fashion and our brands
- The ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage a team environment
- Proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals
- A proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets
- Sound knowledge and proven success in retail ops including budgets, wages, rostering, visual merchandising, stock management, shrinkage etc
