Join a leading HVAC contractor who are in a period of growth after landing new projects. They are looking for an experienced PM who has a broad range of project experience. Immediate projects in the pipeline include D&C education & commercial projects up to $5m mech value.What your day looks like:
Manage end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
Oversee project planning, procurement, and resource allocation for the successful execution of high-value projects.
Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure technical specifications and project requirements are met.
Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
About you:
Minimum of 5 years HVAC project management experience in Australia across a variety of projects.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and mechanical services D&C projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and site teams.
Remuneration & Benefits
Up to $150k plus super based on skills and experience.
Car allowance/ company vehicle.
