Monitor verification records; production, and highlight gaps to relevant staff members
Carry out random quality checks on the lines ie; weight checks, ingredient traceability, metal detection and highlight any gaps with relevant staff
Assist with sensory, trial and validation testing where required
Ensure food safety, authenticity, legality and quality of the product
As a Quality Control Technician you will:
Have the ability to lift up to 10 kgs and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently.
Be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature
Be exposure to manufacturing environments for up to 8 hours per workday to include: loud noise, excessive heat, cold, wet, slippery conditions, dirt, fumes, smoke, smells and allergies
Have the Ability to do repetitious arm, wrist and hand movements required for job actions and procedures.
