Work as a Customer Solutions Representative (IT Support) with strong Microsoft expertise to support and deliver solutions across diverse client environments. You’ll play a key role in managing infrastructure, delivering projects, and driving automation in a fast-paced MSP setting.Duties:
  • Administer and support Windows Server (2008–2019+), Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
  • Manage Exchange, Office 365, SQL Server, and Intune environments.
  • Use RMM/PSA tools (Datto RMM, AutoTask) for monitoring, proactive maintenance, and ticket resolution.
  • Implement endpoint security, compliance, and patch management strategies.
  • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, VBS, and SQL.
  • (Nice to have) Deliver projects such as Intune rollouts and on-prem to cloud migrations (Azure/M365).
  • (Nice to have) Support VMware, Dell EMC, Nutanix, and Veeam backup solutions.
Experience:
  • 2+ years’ experience in systems/infrastructure or desktop engineering (MSP experience preferred).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft environments: AD, Azure AD, O365, Intune, Windows Server.
