Join our team at Asahi Beverages in Wulkuraka, QLD as a Machine Operator and play a key role in delivering the high-quality products our consumers love. Working on our blow moulding lines, you'll operate and maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards every shift.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain beverage manufacturing equipment, including size and flavour changes.Monitor quality of product and ensure 100% compliance.Conduct daily cleaning, inspections and corrective maintenance to maintain efficiency.Support preventative maintenance and shutdowns to rebuild equipment to standard.Complete testing, calibration and reporting to maintain quality control.Coach and guide team members, contributing to a culture of performance and improvement.About YouProven experience operating and maintaining production line equipment, ideally in FMCG.Trade Certificate in electrical, electronic, mechanical or relevant discipline.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to quality.Confident communicator with the ability to coach and collaborate in a team.Continuous improvement mindset with Lean Manufacturing exposure highly regarded.Comfortable with computer systems for reporting and process management.Why Asahi Beverages?
