About the roleWe're currently offering a fantastic opportunity to join our high-performing Customer Billing Operations team as a Senior Advisor for a 12-month period. Your skills and experienceWe're looking for someone with strong project management experience and a passion for driving business improvements that enhance customer service and deliver cost efficiencies.The ideal candidate will be energetic, creative, and results-driven, with:
  • A solid understanding of business process analysis and the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to think creatively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in presenting data and insights to diverse audiences, along with actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Experience in business improvement or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proven experience in project and change management.
