The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.We are seeking a Senior Resourcing Advisor (Blue Collar) to join the Perdaman team, in our Perth office.   • Work across the recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar positions (e.g., laborers, welders, electricians, equipment operators) across multiple construction sites.
  • Collaborate with site managers, project directors and HR business partners to forecast and prioritize manpower requirements.
  • Utilise SAP SuccessFactors to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job fairs, labor agencies, trade schools, and community outreach.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and site-readiness.
  • Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of labor resources in coordination with project needs.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, preferably in the construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors highly regarded.
  • Strong understanding of labor markets, trade classifications, and union/non-union workforce dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
