Your Day-to-Day

Leading and mentoring trades and apprentices onsite
Supporting the Site Manager and running sections of projects
Ensuring quality finishes are delivered to the highest standard
Reading and interpreting plans with precision
Driving site productivity while maintaining a safe, positive work environment

What We’re Looking For

Carpentry trade background – solid, hands-on experience is a must
Proven exposure to high-end residential builds
Eye for detail and pride in your workmanship
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proactive, solutions-driven mindset
