- Lead the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive identity solutions using ForgeRock, Okta, and Oracle.
- Architect and oversee cloud deployments on AWS and Google Cloud, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure.
- Implement and manage container orchestration using Kubernetes, optimizing deployment workflows with Jenkins and GitHub.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using shell scripting, Python, Java, Ansible, and Terraform to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity solutions with existing enterprise systems and cloud environments.
- Conduct regular system audits, ensuring compliance with security policies and industry standards.
- Provide strategic direction, mentoring, and technical guidance to junior team members.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in identity management, cloud computing, and DevOps to continually improve our solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in identity technologies, including ForgeRock, Okta, and Oracle.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and version control systems like GitHub.
- Strong programming skills in shell scripting, Python, Java, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to manage and deliver complex projects with clear, comprehensive documentation.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and guiding technical teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
