Our team is growing and we are currently seeking an experienced Service Representative to focus on our growing Cooling operations. This is an ideal career opportunity for the experienced Electrician, Refrigeration Mechanic or dual trade professional with a background in Air Conditioning or Refrigeration.We will invest in your development and support you every step of the way as you expand on your professional experience to play a key hands-on role in support of an expanding portfolio of critical Cooling solutions, including; CRAC Units, in row coolers, chillers, cooling to chip solutions and other technology that sets us up as a true industry leader.This exciting new career opportunity will see you:
- Completing a variety of field service tasks across Melbourne and nearby locations
- Collaborating with other team members in the efficient coordination and execution of complex; installations, preventative maintenance, repairs and other ad-hoc tasks
- Commissioning, site testing, technical support and specialist advice to Customers
- Role model in all matters HS&E and other site based requirements
- Documenting service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs and inventory management
- Identifying new opportunities to expand service offerings that focus on Customer requirements
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent)
- A Grade (Unrestricted) Electrical License is highly desirable
- Current Drivers License (we supply a Tool of Trade Vehicle!)
- Previous experience in a similar Field Service or Maintenance position
- Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and work autonomously when required
- A technical aptitude and a digital mindset that is engaged in new technologies
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and a natural problem-solver / trouble-shooter
- Demonstrated commitment to all things HS&E and confident in identifying risks
