- Conduct assessments and interventions for young people with psychosis-spectrum disorders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, families, and community supports.
- Lead and mentor junior staff, students, and new graduates.
- Develop and implement group programs, contribute to research, and enhance service delivery.
- Provide outreach services in the community.
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in mental health, especially with young people or early psychosis.
- Expertise in occupational assessment and intervention.
- Strong leadership, team collaboration, and capacity to support junior staff.
- Full driver's license and ability to travel for outreach services.
