Our proven delivery means we have an exceptional pipeline.As we continue to deliver & evolve, we are looking for an experienced Senior Design Manager. The successful candidate will manage the project design and scope from tender, through delivery to practical completion, ensuring that the designs are completed on time, in compliance with customer requirements, with maximum efficiency in the use of company resources and maximum profitability. This role will be based in Perth.What will a day in this role look like:· Prepare and maintain the Design Plan for the duration of the project.· Ensure that all elements of the design are coordinated between all design team members.· Monitor the adequacy and effectiveness of design resources allocated to the project.· Ensure that all necessary reviews, verifications and validations are planned and conducted, and the outcomes of these are incorporated into the design.· Ensure that the design conforms to all safety, environmental, construction, commissioning, and operating requirements.The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
