You'll lead a dynamic team of leaders to not only meet but exceed our brand's service standards. Actively engaging with guests, you'll ensure their needs are met from arrival to departure. In this fast-paced environment, your commitment to customer satisfaction will shine through, creating memorable interactions and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Actively manage key property issues
  • Assist in the development of hotel budgets and other short and long term hotel strategic goals
  • Provide effective leadership to the hotel management team and team members to ensure targets are met and exceeded
  • Respond to audits that are completed to ensure continual improvement is achieved
  • Plan, direct and coordinate the service delivery of all operational departments in order to meet and exceed guest expectations
  • Comply and exceed hotel and company service standards
  • Coach department leaders to ensure their costs are controlled throughout the operational departments. Analyse results and highlight problem areas and take appropriate action
Seek and respond to guest feedback in order to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfactionWhat are we looking for?
  • Strong commercial acumen, preferably with experience in Food and Beverage or Rooms Management
  • Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high levels of performance and strive to exceed targets
  • Excellent people motivator; strong communication and leadership skills
  • Goal-oriented with obvious drive and self-motivation
