💼 Your Day-to-DayLead and inspire a team of 8–10 brokersBuild and implement new systems, processes, and workflowsDrive exceptional service outcomes across client communications, renewals, policy adjustments, and mid-term servicingOversee a small client portfolio while ensuring compliance and operational excellenceSupport accounts receivable, debtor follow-ups, and documentation accuracyConduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and coach your team to thriveCollaborate with the brokerage team to support retention and revenue growth👀 Who We’re Looking For
  • Proven team leader from insurance, financial services, or fast-paced professional environments (contact centre experience welcome!)
  • A people-first mindset – you uplift, inspire, and bring out the best in your team
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative settings
  • Passionate about delivering client-focused solutions
  • Tier 1 Insurance Certificate in process is a bonus – if not, this will be obtained when starting with the business.
