We are seeking a passionate and driven Community Engagement Lead to grow our services and strengthen community connections. This client-facing, pivotal role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and driving sustainable growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with NDIS professionals & Support Coordinators, Allied Health Professionals, Mental Health Units, and other key stakeholders
- Generate leads through cold and warm outreach
- Identify new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, service expansion locations, and emerging industry trends
- Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs
- Represent United for Care at industry events and expos
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the NDIS and relevant funding models
- Collaborate with Marketing to support sales and promotional initiatives
- Proven success in sales or business development, preferably in Health or Human Services
- Knowledge of the NDIS Scheme and Disability Services
- Motivated to pursue new business opportunities and make a meaningful impact
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including experience in cold calling
- Valid Driver’s Licence and own vehicle
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing highly desirable
