Be welcomed into a compassionate, respectful and purpose-driven community where we don’t just talk about values - we live them.Your opportunityReporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead our team of Talent Acquisition Partners whilst driving operational excellence across Anglicare’s end-to-end recruitment function, ensuring streamlined, consistent, and high-quality practices that enhance the user experience.With integrity and resilience, you will:Lead and develop recruitment team fostering capability and high performanceEmbed best-practice recruitment across the talent acquisition functionStreamline and automate TA processes creating easy-to-use recruitment templates and practical toolkitsOversee TA reporting and dashboards – analyse data, identify trends, and drive improvements against recruitment KPIsOptimise recruitment processes and resources, maintaining accurate and accessible TA contentEnhance candidate and hiring manager experience through continuous, feedback-driven improvementsManage end-to-end recruitment for critical, hard-to-fill, and senior leadership roles across all business units.What you’ll bringYou are a strategic and collaborative Talent Acquisition leader who inspires teams and delivers operational excellence. With deep expertise in TA operations, process optimisation, ATS enhancement, and data-driven recruitment insights, you strengthen both efficiency and impact.You excel in building team capability, leading critical and senior hires, and elevating the experience for recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers alike.
