These are 12-hour rotating shifts offering generous days off in between work blocks:2 Days / 2 Nights / 5 Days Off2 Days / 3 Nights / 4 Days Off3 Days / 2 Nights / 5 Days OffDay Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PMNight Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM💰 Plenty of overtime available – especially weekends (with penalty rates paid!)🛠️ Your Key Responsibilities:Operating a variety of automated manufacturing machineryAssembling water filter components and larger filtration unitsAccurately recording production and quality data using digital systemsPerforming manual handling tasks – some lifting requiredMaintaining a clean, organized and safety-compliant work environmentSupporting other areas of the production floor when neededMeeting KPIs for output, quality and efficiency each shift✅ We’re Looking For Candidates Who:Have previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation or assembly (preferred)Are comfortable working 12-hour rotating shiftsCan confidently use hand and power toolsAre reliable, safety-conscious and detail-orientedHave the physical fitness to meet job demands in a climate-controlled environmentHave their own reliable transport (public transport is limited in the area)Can work well both independently and as part of a team🎓 Full Training Provided – Room to Grow
Direct machine operation experience is ideal, we’ll train you on our specialized equipment.
