Hybrid role - 2 days in the office - 3 WFH - core business hours 9.30am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday with spread of ordinary hours 7.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday - so terrific flexibility

This is a traditional EA role covering: calendar and email management; external and internal stakeholder engagement; project support; administration - preparation of documents, presentations, agendas, reports, board and council information and so much more (full pd for shortlisted candidates)
This is a busy fast paced demanding environment where your role will be to make things happen efficiently, quickly and all with a calm friendly manner
Previous EA experience (c-suite) is essential, as well as: excellent tech skills; strong communication both written and verbal; outstanding organisational abilities and patient flexible approach is a given
As you will be in a pivotal role of importance there will be sometimes things simply need to be completed so flexibility of hours would be needed
NFP background not essential but an advantage - exposure to legal or political environment would be highly regarded
